BineClaim vs. handing the invoice to a collection agency

BineClaim never takes a percentage of what you recover.

A collection agency takes over the chasing and keeps a share of whatever it collects. BineClaim keeps you in control of the relationship: you send the letters, offer the payment link, and keep the full amount the client pays. The flat fee never changes with the size of the invoice.

Common questions

Will this actually work if my client ignores the letters?

The letters create a documented paper trail that strengthens any future legal action, including small claims court. Many clients pay when they receive a formal written demand, especially by certified mail, because it signals you're serious. If they still don't pay, BineClaim generates a complete 15-section court packet ready to file in small claims court, and the Starter and Pro plans include an attorney referral guide for cases that need a lawyer. BineClaim does not guarantee recovery.

Does BineClaim take a cut of what I recover?

No. BineClaim is a flat fee: $0 on the Free plan, $19/month on Starter, $39/month on Pro, or $49 once for a single case. BineClaim never takes a percentage of what you recover. Card processing (Stripe), certified mail postage and court filing fees are charged separately at cost.

Is BineClaim a law firm?

No. BineClaim is self-help software built and operated by BineCloud LLC. It provides templates, checklists and workflows; it does not give legal advice and is not a substitute for an attorney.
